FAQs + Care
Jewellery ~
Why has it tarnished?
If not worn, your jewellery can tarnish. This is normal, just buff with a polishing cloth to restore its beauty!
Can I wear it in the sea?
All jewellery, once purchased, is yours to do with as you will, but my hope is that after hours of love and work going into each piece is that it is cherished so as to last you a long time. Saunas, hot tubs, shower products and creams, even the sea may have an effect on your gemstones ~ especially opals and turquoise, so please do not submerge at any time into fluids, it will ruin the colour. No refund will be given for misuse, so please love your items as much as I do.
What goes into the pricing of each piece?
Hours of time goes into sourcing the best products, designing each piece, with many days of sawing, polishing and marketing on socials that doesn't get shown online. The uniqueness of your jewellery is something that can't be replicated exactly (some designs are made to order, like charms, and though each design is repeated they won't be exactly the same), and the price reflects this ~ slow made, one of a kind, created just for you.
Can I get a custom piece?
On the odd occasion I may offer this but at the moment no. Keep an eye out on socials ~ or even better sign up for emails ~ to be the first to know when I may offer a few custom slots.
Will you be repeating one of a kind collections?
Highly doubtful. Though never say never, especially if you love a certain design ~ I aim to keep you happy! I may release designs again, but with a twist or different stone. All I can recommend is that if you see something you have your heart set on, buy it to save disappointment. Again, sign up for emails to be there when new collections are released.
When can I contact you?
I always used to answer at any time, but like any other business I need a break from work! Emails and social questions will be answered between Mon~Fri 9am to 5.30pm, as soon as I am able. I do try to keep an eye on emails so if it is urgent please add this to the subject line and I will try to help as soon as I am able ~ I am a one woman operation so please take this into consideration when contacting me :)
Can I adjust my cuff bangles?
You can but please be aware that if you stretch them too much and too regularly they will snap and can't be repaired, especially if they contain a stone - and a refund won't be issued due to misuse. To put them on make sure the opening is to the side of your wrist, so the thinnest part, and slide on carefully, then twist so your stone sits at the front. And questions please get in touch, I will try to add a video on socials showing this so keep an eye out on there too!
More to come, any questions please get in touch!
